I'm an experienced user of html and I kow how important this technology is for anyone that wants to become a programmer, as it is the foundation of any webpage or site.
I'm on an intermediate level when it comes to css. You can't have html without css, they go together like coffee and milk.
I use git for version control and code lookups, it is one of those very important tools for any programmer. A must know!
I use Flask for web and API development.
